Two weeks ago, I went to chapel with my dad. The preacher, David Platt, was talking about missions. He said that people across the ocean and here in America need to know about God. He also said that some people go to hell because they have not heard about Jesus. That is why we need to tell them about him.He also said that when we go outside of the church it is like going ouside a camp. Inside the church is clean and safe, but outside the church is dirty and dangerous. When we go outside the camp we are on a mission to tell people about Jesus.
Pastor Platt told us that Jesus spent most of his time outside of the camp. We should do the same. We need some time in the camp, but we really need to be outside because that is where all the people who don't know Jesus live.
